Before You Redeem

Gather the exact code string from our active codes page or an official Twin Atlas announcement. Dungeon Heroes treats codes as case-sensitive—DELAY-D13 works, delay-d13 may not. Remove accidental spaces from copy-paste; mobile keyboards often add trailing spaces that cause silent failures.

Make sure you are logged into the Roblox account that owns your main Dungeon Heroes progress. Codes bind rewards to the redeeming account instantly; there is no undo if you redeem on a wrong alt.

Redeeming on PC

Launch Roblox Dungeon Heroes on PC. Open the main menu—typically the gear icon or "Settings" tab in the hub town. Look for a "Codes", "Promo", or "Redeem" button added by Twin Atlas near settings or shop entries.
